Resheda House, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), and an Oncology Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric and medical care across Pennsylvania and Delaware.

She is the founder and owner of Advanced Psychiatric Solution in Pennsylvania and Advanced Psychiatric Solutions in Delaware. Resheda founded this practice to move away from the "revolving door" of traditional managed care. She prioritize a patient-centered model where you are never just a number.  She prioritizes accessibility with flexible scheduling designed for busy lives with availability including evening, night, and weekend virtual walk-ins. She also has same-day, next-day, and same-week appointments. 

Resheda specializes in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other complex mental health conditions through evidence-based psychiatric care, medication management and therapy. She provides both in-person psychiatric care in Trafford, Pennsylvania and telehealth services across Pennsylvania and Delaware, with flexible scheduling including evening and night availability. 

With advanced training in both psychiatry, primary care and oncology Resheda takes a comprehensive, whole-person approach to treatment. She recognizes the connection between mental and physical health, including the impact of chronic medical conditions, cancer diagnosis, hormonal changes, and metabolic health on psychiatric symptoms. This allows her to develop individualized, medically informed treatment plans.

Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of psychiatric and medical conditions. Resheda’s approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice with a focus on accurate diagnosis, medication optimization, therapy and long-term symptom stability.
