Here are some of the most common questions we receive at Advanced Psychiatric Solutions. We hope these answers provide clarity and address any initial concerns you may have.

Are appointments in person or virtual?

Appointments are currently only offered via telehealth appointments at this time.

How long are appointments?

Initial evaluations are typically 60-90 minutes and follow up appointment are 15-45 minutes (depending if therapy is included).

Who will I see for my appointment?

Patients are seen by Resheda House a nurse practitioner board-certified as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner & Family Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in psychiatric assessment, medication management, and therapy. She is also an oncology nurse practitioner and oncology cancer exercise specialist.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes! I follow all HIPAA privacy regulations. Your health information is kept confidential except as required by law or for safety reasons.

Do you offer therapy as well as medication management?

Yes. I offer medication management and may also provide psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, depending on clinical needs.

How can I request refills or communicate with the provider?

Medication refill requests and non-urgent questions should be directed through the office during business hours at 724-246-4862.  However you are more than welcome to send a message via Google chats. Emergency concerns should be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency department.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I accepts many commercial insurance plans. Self-pay options are also available. Patients are encouraged to contact the office to verify coverage prior to their first visit.
